Nh Sants Barcelona Hotel, Barcelona

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a terrace, but the noise from nearby vents was a bit disturbing in the early hours. The service was a mix of entering the room without announcement but overall friendly and kind. The location was convenient, close to the commercial area and public transportation. The dining options were good but lacked hot dishes. Overall, it was a decent choice for my trip.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely small and lacked space to even sit comfortably at the desk. Additionally, being located in -1 Level with no sunlight in the basement was a downside. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the constant noise from the cleaning and staff room nearby made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had everything I needed but was let down by the small rooms with a very uncomfortable mattress and noise from the busy street outside. The staff members were incredibly helpful and kind, but the denial of cooperation for room adjustments was disappointing.

The hotel is quite well-located, just 400 meters away from the metro and surrounded by supermarkets. The rooms were comfy and clean, although there was a horrible smell that gave me a headache daily. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, windows, or TV, making it feel like a prison cell in terms of physical conditioning.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were well-appointed, quiet, and clean, which made for a comfortable night. However, the walls proved to be quite thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors. The room size felt a bit small for the price paid, and the WiFi was slow at times.
