My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely small and lacked space to even sit comfortably at the desk. Additionally, being located in -1 Level with no sunlight in the basement was a downside. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the constant noise from the cleaning and staff room nearby made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had everything I needed but was let down by the small rooms with a very uncomfortable mattress and noise from the busy street outside. The staff members were incredibly helpful and kind, but the denial of cooperation for room adjustments was disappointing.
